After the 1998 breakup of the Broadways, ex-members Dan Hanaway (vocals, guitar) and Rob DePaola (drums) moved on to form the Honor System later that year. Along with guitarist Nolan McGuire and ba**ist Chris Carr, a complex front of politically motivated pop-punk resulted as they gigged in their native Chicago.
