Imposing unrivaled show commands at driving live performances in their surroundings, Shift gradually prepared for the release of their first disc. Securing the work of producer Angus Cooke, who previously worked with Ataris, the Californians finally released their self-released debut full-length, Angry Badgers, in 1999.
