Waed_A - Experiment 5-Exercise 2 lyrics

What happens when two best friends get into an argument and you are caught in the middle? How do you decide which side to choose? It would be very difficult to choose sides in that situation, as it was for Frank. Frank was stuck in the middle of a great soccer club separating into two different clubs. Frank was a best friend with the owner of the club when it was all one, as well as best friends with the director of coaching that went on to start his own club. Frank was in the middle of a fitness drill as the director of coaching approached and stopped the practice, yelling with a loud voice, commanding all players to stop what they are doing. The players look confused; hands on their hips, sweating like they have never ran before. It got so quiet for a second you could hear one of the players breathing louder than you could ever imagine. “You're doing that drill all wrong! That's not how you do it!” he yelled at Frank as he walked past him and fixed the cones. Walking with speed, he went over to each cone and reset it. The players all looking at Frank as if they no longer respect him. The director of coaching explains the drill to the players as Frank looks on. Frank keeps quiet, as if he agreed that he had done it wrong. The next day Frank had told the owner that he had the drill right and the director of coaching came in and switched up the drill for the sole reason to discredit Frank. The director of coaching knew Frank was the best coach he had; to discredit him would make him look superior to everyone. The owner never paid Frank the money he thought he deserved, and the director of coaching never gave Frank the freedom he wanted to run his practices. It was quiet in the coach's office when Frank and director of coaching found themselves the only ones in there. Frank wanted to say something about the practice, but did not seem so sure. Looking at the director of coaching a few times as he nodded his head, he finally decided to step out. Things were definitely got weird. Frank decided it was time to take a few days off. Coming back after a few days, Frank found out the director of coaching was fired, and had already started a new club. The director of coaching took all the players that were convinced he was the way to go. The owner was the first to reach out to Frank, offering him to stay. Players loved Frank as a coach, and so did parents. As time went by, players want to know if Frank will join the new club and go with the director of coaching who had always wanted to pay him more, but did not get the freedom he wanted. They also wondered if he would stay with the owner who gave him freedom, but did not pay well. It was all a headache. Frank did not know what to do. He had told many that he had quit coaching as he had lost interest. Getting offers from both sides, he realized he could use it to his advantage. He told the owner of the original club that the other club offered him more money than him. The owner had no choice but to offer more as a total of three teams would have gone wherever Frank went. Frank liked the owner and also liked the director of coaching. Choosing one side will mean he has to explain to the other one why he has chosen to do so after all that he had been through with both. The director of coaching offered him freedom and money, while the owner offered more money and had already given him more freedom. It was hard for Frank, but he chose stay with the owner for the sole reason of that practice that was interrupted by the director of coaching. Frank and him had an emotional long talk. It was tough, but Frank had somehow got what he thought he deserved. Frank got paid for what he does, as well as had the freedom to do it how he wanted to.
