A.C.A. 5-16-101 Video Voyeurism A Cla** D Felony 5 Counts In Greene County Arlcansas against the peace and dignity of the State of Arkansas. Resonable Cause The Arkansas State Police was contacted by the Paragould Police Department on April 1, 2014 with the allegations of voyeurism that had occurred at DR. BECTON JR. Office aka Becton's Women's Clinic in Paragould, Arkansas. Paul Becton Jr. is a medical doctor who specializes in obstetrics and gynecology in Paragould, AR. On April 1, 2014 a patient of Becton's reported to the Paragould Police Department (PPD) that she had been to Becton's office earlier in the day for an exam. During the exam, she claimed that Becton produced his cellular telephone and took photographs of her pubic region and her bu*tocks. After the victim gave her statement to the PPD, the PPD contacted the Arkansas State Police (ASP) and requested that the ASP investigate the matter. Special Agent Mike Grimes, ASP obtained a search warrant for Becton's cellular telephone and the phone was seized on April 10, 2014 from Becton at his medical practice in Paragould, Ar. The cellular telephone was an*lyzed on April 11, 2014. Found in the deleted images within the hard-drive of the cellular telephone were numerous images of nude females that appear to have been taken in a medical office during medical examinations. Also recovered during the examination were what appear to be photographs of the victim who reported this incident to the PPD on April 1, 2014. After reviewing evidence and conferring with the 2" Judicial Prosecuting Attorney Scott Ellington, it is believed that these patients had their photographs taken without their knowledge and consent.
