Affidavit I. Sean Callaghan, being duly sworn, depose and state as follows: I. Introduction 1. On February 26, 2014, a male subject entered the Genisys Credit Union at 44400 Woodward Avenue. Pontiac, Michigan. The subject approached a teller and demanded money with a note. The subject was given approximately S4.300 in cash and exited the bank. 4. On March 4. 2014, a male subject entered a Bank of America branch located at 41 N. Saginaw Street, Pontiac. Michigan. The subject approached a teller and demand money with a note. The subject W. given S4000 in cash and exited the bank. 5. On March 5, 2014, a male subject entered the Bay. City Columbus Branch of Chemical Bank, displayed who appeared to be a black sub machine gun and demanded money. The subject was given approximately S7000 in cash and exited the bank. 6. Affiant obtained bank surveillance photographs from all three above listed bank robberies and all subjects depicted in the photographs appeared to be the same individual. 7. On March 6, 2014, affiant received information from Sergeant Todd Hunt of the Oakland County Sheriff's Office that a Facebook page for 11(1 FS BAHLER contained pictures of him displaying what appeared to be a sub machine gun and wearing clothes matching those used in the aforementioned bank robberies. Affiant looked at these photographs and observed that the individual depicted in the photographs appeared to be the same individual in the bank surveillance photographs. Additionally, affiant had an agent from the FBI's By City Resident Agency look at the photographs and he indicated that the machine gun looked like the same gun used in the robbery of the Chemical Bank in Bay City. This Facebook page also contained a picture of a house in Pontiac that Bahler.
