Normil Hawaiians - The Battle of Stonehenge lyrics

Twelve long years ago In a field on Salisbury Plain Travellers found they came To where a village began to grow So for Eleven years As the village grew and grew Tranquility and peace Reigned above the fears It's 1985 And Festival becomes a Fayre So the mystics of Stonehenge Can live and worship there But the government don't want The people to be free They're frightened of the truth And we defy authority So on the 1st of June We came from far and wide Met by riot police But we've got chaos on our side With battens drawn the police attacked And scattered families Smashing trucks and homes Beating people to their knees With 500 arrests The police are satisfied And the few that have escaped Saw the wreckage there and cried But the people will not give in We'll return to salisbury plain To love and live in peace At Stonehenge once again
