The significance of this is that it represents the obstacles Luke had to face. After that Luke defeated d**h Star. This is a value monomyth seeing that Luke received a medal. Brian D. journey to VGHS is a perfect example of the Epic Monomyth. Brian lived a normal teenage life, with his mom. This represents Brian's life before he got accepted into VGHS. Brian gets accepted into VGHS and is excited. This is important because it describes his journey to the new school. He battles the best player at that school. This means a lot since it claims to be, that he is facing obstacles to show he is meant for that school. Brian defeats the best player, (The Law). This claims to be the treasure stage of monomyth, because he final meets his goal. Brian D. is the best role model. He is the best role model because all his cycles were in order. He didn't expect to get accepted in that school. He was very excited we he got accepted, he felt accomplished. Brian D did everything he thought was right, but he failed a couple of time witch made him do better. He wanted to go to that school he just needed to show them how bad. That's exactly what Brian did. After, he defeated the law he received an award for his appreciation. This shows that if you want something, you have to work to get it because if it's easy it's not worth having. In conclusion Brian D was a teenage boy that was really into games.
