I held a pen in my hand On and off all day, I really felt fired up with words I had to say, The family, weather, pets and friends Were all to get a mention, But that was before my headache So bang went that intention. O K I thought, this is it I`ll write about my diet, But the scales lied to me So best to keep that quiet. Now this poem I tried to write Does not sound as it should, Maybe one day I`ll just admit As a poet I`m no good.
