This is not a test, Nooooo...This is not a test, I knowwwwww... you are the best, so I repeat. This is not a test. And even if you don't have the answers, no disrespect, I have a few questions that I must, get off my chest. Like a 3 year old child, before society beats them down, for not having all the answers, without fear of being judged, looking into their parent eyes, I'm just asking Why? Dear DSNY, Why is it fine, to commit the crime of not cleaning up litter all the time, and still not be fined? Why is it sound, to drop litter on the ground, throughout the town, and no one makes a sound? Why are people being excused for improper recycling, blatant abuse, breaking our city rules without a valid excuse? Why are people so satisfied with being the worse, every where I go people say, hey, we came along way, back in my day the litter was worse? Why are people brave enough to admit, to being apart of the problem, but afraid to commit to a solution? Why are we not trying to be a leader in the litter free movement around the world, striving to be the cleanest city, giving the people of New York what they deserve? (long pause) A law is only as strong as the consistency in which it is enforced. "Don't Waste Our Planet"
