For this season the G-Star Elwood has been updated with a clean and modern look. The G-Star Elwood has a unique design with half-moon-shaped, chino-inspired front pockets, a seam across the thigh and a 3D constructed knee that sculpts the leg. For women, the G-Star Elwood – MC 5620 has been updated for a contemporary look with tonal stitching and a new 3D knee construction, where the side seam crosses the knee toward the inner leg, resulting in a clean look and inventive new 3D patterns and fit. As G-Star's lead designer for women, Rebekka Bach says of the design: “The 3D denim construction makes this jean more elaborate and crafted. It's a wardrobe staple to ‘tune up' a super feminine blouse in gauze or silk. I love to start every season with the philosophy of endless possibilities in denim, which keeps us innovating.”
