Formed in Toronto as the Spa**tiks in 1964, vocalist Jim Campbell, ba**ist Graham Fidler, guitarists Mike McQueen and Gary O'Connor, and drummer Phil Mulholland changed their name to Cat four years later. The band released only a few singles from 1968 to 1971 (including "We're All in This Together") and broke up in 1972.
