Natural hair, has that natural flair
Just wish I could be breathing natural air
Then there's coloured people who wanna get rid of their colour
I unbleach the bleach, that is what I teach
Naturalness, why there so much fear against it
Make up upon make up, you can't recongnize who it is
Trying to be someone that is not themself
So they get help, and they hide behind chemicals like stealth
They push certain images, so they wear push ups
To lessen the stress, they lighting the kush up
Don't condone it, but it can't be worse than the cigarettes
That's being sold in the stores, easy to get
You got no names doing c**aine, or even the ones who already made it
Trying to get more fame
Going after Oscars, Grammies, and Soul Trains
But it just lets them proclaim your domain
Apparently thin is in, so you got models going the extreme
Doing sh**, just to prove themselves apart of the team
Even what they show us, is not the real thing
Advances, enhancements, make it more appealing
Light wanna get darker, and dark wanna get lighter
They instill these images into our minds
Making us think we gotta look a certain way
Making us question ourselves time after time
