Trying to put up, With the madness of it all,
Suddenly Out the corner of my eye
Saw the prettiest girl, Just walkin' on by
She had dandelion hair, Float'n the breeze,

If I could say nothing else She was a real life dream,
And I stopped to ask her, To the movies
When I asked her to go with me She said and I quote:

Rejected, Sad as could be
Then my heart started thumping When I saw her come to me, I was
Nervous Didn't know what to say
Thought maybe It just wasn't my day
Her hair was flowing red A blazing wild fire
She made my head spin Like a Michelin tire
If I could say nothing else This meeting had to be fate
I wanted to ask her To a romantic date
When I asked her to go with me She said and I quote:
