Gentle and quick, she rolls over
She extends her arm to the light switch
She extinguishes the brightness
And lights me up inside
For hours after, the only thing that matters
Is her breath on my skin
Makes me think of more sin
Then she asks me, to be her blanket
I pull her closer, and watch her sleep
Morning slides in, and I can only hear her breathing
I counted every breath, while she was sleeping
She rolls over, and wants me to kiss her
So I kiss her, and she lights me up inside
