So she closed her eyes,
expecting that darkness would not reappear
and it did not
Her mind was full of colors, dancing and life.
She danced along the nymphs of the lake,
Jumped until her hands touched the sky.
It seemed to be too good to be true.
And it was.
A dark shadow approached her, and she was
once again frightened, but the shadow

It surrounded everything with darkness, but it did not come near her.
She was scared to open her eyes,
She was terrified of change, it seemed too unreal.

Deadly poison to water full of life
She touched the skinny, dead tree and
Flowers bloomed and the birds sang and
She stared at her hands and was astonished
At powers she had upon this gloomy universe.
She had overcome her fear of darkness, for she
Was something greater than that. Light.
