Noone Can Read Your Mind/It's Crazy
When you're snug in your cozy corner
In your car, listening to the radio-
Or in a place where people are-
Noone can read your mind.
When you're shopping for your groceries-
Or watching television-
Or browsing around in your little town,
Noone can read your mind.
When you're feeling like the world knows
Every naked thought-
And you want to hide like a thief in the night-
Believing that you've been caught.
Just remember in that moment
The lightening and key electricity kind-
No matter what the women said, mama,
Noone can read your mind.
This is my final submission.
It's as crazy as I get and as far as I go
In this bid for superstardom.
