In our world, the power is balanced
At least that what we are told
The eastern world, just like the western
Want's to keep the big war cold
But still it makes me so nervous
To watch all the small wars grow
When the small wars turn to big ones
I hope, someone knows
As we count each others missiles
We know that we both are tough
But this talk of over-k**ing
Surely once should be more then enough
Keeping up our spheres of influence
Keeps us all a little blind
How can we look for tomorrow?
Watching out for what's behind
It seems that we should be wiser
After all that we've been through
I would like to trust my neighbor
So would he and so would you
If we just could know each other
And see that we're all the same
Just a little understanding
And we have a different Game
There is so much to do together
To make this a better place
We have problems, common problems
That threaten all the human race
We all have to drink the water
We all have to breath the air
We all must have a common cause
If we are to keep them there
These are bigger than one nation
These are not a question of race
These are things we use together
And together ought to face
We have much more to unite us
Then we have to make us fight
If we just could se each other
In a universal light
We must learn we all are people
We all laugh and we all cry
And for such things as empty speeches
Non of us should have to die
But we need some time to learn this
After knowing only hate
We beg our leaders: "Please keep talking!
And pray we haven't begun to late!
Please don't push this final bu*tons
Don't admit that we have failed!"
