Meddlesome woman, screeching cats
Wander around too many flats,
A few cracked panes, a motor bike
No longer needed childs trike.
Rough old lorry beyond repair
Rusting away over there,
Barking dogs, chimney stacks
Grubby children on worn out tracks.
Rubbish and cans outside doors
Bottles left from which nothing pours,
Bashed in car with bumper gone
Trailer too broken to pull along.
A boot, mattress, chair and a shoe
And so much more to complete the view,
Graffiti, names, rude jokes that rhyme,
Not enough money and too much time.
