One good reason that I would like you guys to get into ATL is because it's really always good to check out the pioneers that inspired the artist we care about today like Nipsey Hussle, The Game, or Kendrick Lamar And the other thing is, they're actually good. Not like good as in, they're old school and pioneers so they have to be good. No, they're ACTUALLY good. I've yet to do it, but i'm sure bumpin some ATL in the whip is some crazy sh**. Like you know when you can feel the ba** of a song in yo chest, that's what these n***as would do thanks to that Dr. Dre production tho. They was on the cla**ic GTA: San Andreas radio my n***a CONS OF ABOVE THE LAW: I mean they are kinda old. They are seriously pa**ed their prime now that they're still making music. So expecting something new and fire from them is pretty much an acquired taste. If you're like Kanye and not a fan of that worm sound then you definitely might have to find some more of their serious production Yes, they can have a subject matter that we've heard 1000 times (but they were making music during the time when it was relatively new, so it should be understood.) And the delivery might be hard to understand when KMG (RIP) or Cold 187 is rapping cause of the shouting or the production PLEASE… Understand that these n***as invented the G-Funk sound that Dr. Dre had on The Chronic, Snoop Dogg had on Doggystyle, and Warren G had on Regulate…The G-Funk Era. If it wasn't for these n***as, who knows where your fav old shcool west coast would've had to start out FIND THEIR sh*t HERE
